I have done clinical psychology and I am very versed with various anxiety disorders including ocd I have well experience in dealing with ocd paitents and have successfully helped then with the help of various techiques one of them is exposure response therapy which has been proven very effective among the ocd paitents specially those who are taking medication as well ...my approach is to know the severity with the help of the ocd assemssmt tool and further choosing a therapy techique that is most effective according to the client as well as me .

The goal is to first reduce the anxiety and the overthinkhng that  ones with ocd and decreasing it's impact and then reducing the symptoms till the client is able to carry out its daily life  without any problems .
