I have trained in Exposure Response Prevention at UCLA Health's intensive outpatient treatment program for adults. As an IOP trained OCD therapist, I specialize in providing exposure treatment and mindfulness training for anxiety-based disorders such as OCD, ADHD, insomnia, agoraphobia and panic. I help patients understand that they are not the problem and that there is hope and success in learning to live with and effectively manage the OCD symptoms that they struggle with.
