Divyanshi Tolani

I am an RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist (A) with extensive experience in working with individuals across diverse age groups, including significant clinical exposure to Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I have completed over 200+ hours of supervised therapy under the guidance of experienced clinical psychologists, strengthening my skills in evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, and intervention. I specialize in the treatment of OCD using gold-standard, evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). My work involves helping individuals understand the cycle of obsessions and compulsions, gradually face their fears, and build effective coping strategies to reduce distress and regain control over their lives. In addition to OCD, I have worked with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, stress, emotional dysregulation, self-esteem difficulties, and attachment-related issues. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, structured, and empathetic, ensuring that each treatment plan is tailored to the individual’s needs and pace. I also have experience in conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, case formulation, and working within multidisciplinary teams. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel supported while engaging in meaningful and lasting therapeutic change.
