I am a Counselling Psychologist with over 8 years of experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship concerns, insomnia, and emotional distress. I hold an M.Sc. in Applied Psychology (Clinical) and a Diploma in Counselling Psychology from NHCA, Singapore, and am a Certified CBT Therapist.
