Nasreen Irshad

I am a psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, with an interest in supporting individuals experiencing obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can openly discuss their experiences and work toward managing distress associated with OCD. My approach is empathetic and evidence-based, focusing on helping clients understand their thoughts, develop healthier coping strategies, and gradually regain control over their daily lives.
