I have worked with numerous patients suffering from OCD in my clinical practice and saw a huge spike in cases during COVID-19. I use evidence-based approaches to first psycho-educate and then plan the treatment in which ERP is usually a component. Therapy is tailor-made to every patient's requirement and that is necessary as OCD patients suffer from a lot of distress and may drop-out if the techniques are not paced out properly. I am able to gauge the timing and sequence of the required interventions as per the need of the patient and so far have been able to manage patients with OCD successfully
