As a licensed psychologist with training in OCD treatment, I am dedicated to helping individuals manage and reduce OCD symptoms so they can reclaim control over their lives. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), tailored to each person’s specific challenges from checking and contamination fears to existential or intrusive thoughts.
