I am a licensed psychotherapist and a PhD candidate with a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and a deep respect for each person’s individual journey. I work with both adults and young people—children and adolescents—offering tailored therapeutic support that is grounded in scientifically validated approaches. My work draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy. These frameworks guide me in helping clients gain clarity, emotional balance, and effective tools to navigate life’s challenges. In therapy, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where meaningful change can happen. I believe that healing and growth are possible when clients feel seen, heard, and supported with care and professionalism. When working with children and adolescents, I adapt my approach to meet developmental needs, often involving caregivers as part of the therapeutic process.
